| A natural hormone replacement therapy composed of hormones exactly the same as what the female human body naturally produces.
A rich noncomedogenic, hypo-allergenic creme for more severe discomfort involving menstrual irregularities and /for midlife changes and protective after the change.
May be used for women still menstruating. Use before menstruation, and optionally 1/4 dose during menstruation to relieve cramping and reduce PMS symtpms.
May be used in pre-menopause to help PMS and hot flashes.

Directions- Gently rub 1/8 to 1/2 tsp of clean skin to belly, thighs, or wrists twice daily. Use 1-2 weeks prior to mentruation each month.

Non-menstruating women (menopausal and post-menopausal) use any 3 weeks each month. Best results with regular use as directed.

If you are using synthetic hormones, it may be suggested that you gradualy decrease the synthetic progesterone while gradually increasing the natural progesterone.
