Meditation- A Time for yourself, to be with God.
Whether this is a special prayer time each day, quiet time with contemplation or meditation on a favorite passage from a holy book, or a simple walk by the river, meditation is an important part of health.
Life's pressures push at us from all sides, unless we take time to be in relationship with a higher priniciple, most of us will get lost and stay lost in "the static confusion of everyday life". Take time for a higher principle each day, that higher principle will in turn feed your inner self.
