A NATURAL REMEDY CAN MAKE THE DIFFERENCE IN HEALING
Why Just Eating Better is NOT Enough For Most Modern People
Eat right, be healthy. We wish it were that simple. Foods are processed, soils are depleted, foods are colored to look fresh and natural. We live in cities with high ambient levels of oxidizing pollutants under artificial light, going to bed at odd times of the day, commuting an hour to work and back. We store our foods often for months or longer, we process them to last longer, preserve them with chemicals, or if not we irradiate them. After which we deep fry them as french fries or doughnuts, and micro-wave or 'nuke them' , just before eating.
Organic foods is a partial answer. We support them. In time they will play a bigger role. We
feel today, too many foods labeled organic are barely so. Raised on fields which were chemical fields only a few years ago, with natural fertilization to restore nutrients still not fully effective.
Our answer: eat organic, sleep well, live in a peaceful area. meditate regularly, do your chi Gung or tai chi, get acupressure-reflexology treatments, and take your daily vitamins and herbs! It's your best shot at optimal health at this time. Peace, be whole. ©
